Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Solutions Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer to focus on crafting, developing, and leading scalable, meticulous, resilient, efficient, and secure cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

EC2 Instance Management:

• Build, deploy, configure, and monitor EC2 instances to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to fix and resolve any EC2-related issues.
• Implement standard methodologies for EC2 instance lifecycle management.
• Define and manage hardware profiles within EC2.

Entra ID Integration:

• Architect and implement seamless integration between AWS and Entra ID.
• Configure single sign-on (SSO) and identity federation for cross-cloud authentication.
• Collaborate with Entra ID administrators to synchronize user accounts and groups.

Linux Support:

• Provide expert-level support for Linux-based systems.
• Troubleshoot Linux-related issues, including performance, security, networking, and compatibility.
• Optimize Linux workloads for efficiency and reliability.

Networking Expertise:

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot network components within AWS and Azure environments.
• Ensure seamless communication between cloud resources and on-premises networks.
• Implement security measures and network segmentation.

Zscaler Knowledge:

• Familiarity with Zscaler, a cloud-native security platform.
• Understand Zscaler's role in securing internet traffic and remote access.
• Collaborate with network security teams to integrate Zscaler into the cloud architecture.

Technical Documentation:

• • Create detailed user documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and solving procedures.
  • Train internal teams on EC2 management, Azure integration, Linux standard methodologies, networking concepts, and Zscaler implementation.

Required Skills:

• Seeking an AWS Solutions Architect or a similar qualification with 6+ years of experience
• Skilled in handling EC2 instances including provisioning, monitoring, and issue resolution
• Proficient with Azure AD, SSO, and identity federation
• Proven Linux background, with practical experience in administration and solving issues
• Knowledgeable in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls
• Proficient in DevOps practices and Agile methodologies with strong communication and collaborative skills
