We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join Cybersecurity Operations as a Team Lead for the Cybersecurity Monitoring & Detection team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and demonstrated leadership experience in managing security operations teams.

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for monitoring threat detection systems and managing the initial response to a cybersecurity incident
• Develop and implement security operations policies, procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational security objectives
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on complex security issues
• Stay current on emerging threats and industry trends to enhance the organisation's security posture
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team

Your powerful skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, or related disciplines, with a focus on security operations
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and technologies
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems, Endpoint Detection & Response systems or other intrusion detection / prevention systems (IDS/IPS)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
