Market Researcher: Insights Communications/Knowledge Management (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Market Researcher: Insights Communications/Knowledge Management (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply online.

Your Tasks

• Bring Insights to Action by communicating and developing research methodologies (Quantitative & Qualitative) and communicating research results and turned into improvement strategies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for internal processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to capture expertise and encourage collaboration and the use of knowledge management tools and practices.
• Develop and manage a taxonomy for effective information organisation and stakeholder management/engagement.
• Manage knowledge systems and communication channels (Stravito, Market Logic, intranet, LinkedIn etc.).
• Develop training materials for employee onboarding and education.
• Define and track KPIs to measure knowledge management effectiveness.
• Gather and integrate customer feedback for improvement of processes and changing company needs.
• Embed knowledge sharing in day-to-day activities.
• Address resistance to and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Manage external consulting agencies and related procurement activities.
• Ensure GDPR compliance.
  

Your Profile

• You have a university degree in any of the following fields: Organisational Psychology, Library/Information Science, Communications, Human Resource Management, and/or a knowledge management certification.
• At least five years experience in knowledge management/communicating complex research topics to many different stakeholder groups - bringing insights into action.
• Experience in market research including research design, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in stakeholder management and can adjust to different company and regional cultures.
• You are able to travel, have self-confidence, and you are persuasive.
