Legal Counsel Renewable Energy & Commercial Contracts
opportunity to make a contribution to the European energy transition

In this role you provide broad legal support to different business departments. You are responsible for general legal advice, as well as reviewing and drafting commercial contracts while making sure new businesses in the areas of the energy transition will be implemented. You advise on VARO's high ESG standards and manage external counsel for specialized legal matters. In this position you add value to VARO's active role to the energy transition.

Profile

• qualified Dutch, Belgian or German lawyer or inhouse counsel
• with around 6-10 years of experience
• broad knowledge of commercial law
• genuine interest in or experience with either energy law, transport law, or international trading
• business minded and great communication skills
• fluent in English
