As part of our ambitious and dynamic team, we are looking for a driven Key Account Manager with solid experience in fostering strong client relationships, and a keen eye for spotting business opportunities. You should not be afraid to take on challenges and adapt to changes in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

Your main mission will be to manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, to optimize the profitability and growth of these accounts. Together with the sales team, you will be deeply involved in understanding the needs of our clients and delivering top-notch service.

Imagine, on a typical day, you:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients.
• Create strategies to maximize the profitability of the assigned accounts.
• Achieve sales targets set for your key accounts.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for your key accounts.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client's needs and objectives.
• Forecast and track key account metrics in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Attend networking events and trade shows to generate leads.

Desired skills and qualifications

• You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
• You have an excellent understanding of sales metrics and KPI's.
• You possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• You are self-driven, dedicated, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• You enjoy travelling to meet clients and foster relationships.
