Become part of the Corendon Family as our new Groups Reservations & Meeting Planner!

As a Groups Reservations & Meeting Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating group reservations and planning and organizing meetings, events, and gatherings within our hotel. You will ensure a seamless reservation experience for groups, including managing bookings, communicating with group coordinators, and providing all necessary information and support. You will collaborate with internal departments such as sales, catering, and banqueting to ensure that all aspects of group reservations and events run smoothly. You will be the point of contact for group coordinators and event planners, offering excellent service and support to ensure their events and meetings run smoothly. You will be responsible for preparing quotes, contracts, and invoicing for group reservations and events, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all data.

Additionally, you will be involved in:

• Ensuring a seamless reservation experience for groups, including managing bookings, communicating with group coordinators, and providing all necessary information and support.

Job requirements

• Flexible to work, including weekends.
• Creative in coming up with solutions and you like to provide structure.
• Good at processing numbers.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Both orally and in writing fluent in Dutch and English.
• By preference, someone with a background in Hospitality
• Experience in a similar position is a must.
